e are excited to welcome Ingretta Olson to our team. She will be serving as a marketing intern for the spring semester and will focus on increasing the impact of our dignity kit program in Kenya which provides basic hygiene supplies to our female scholars.
Ingretta shares,
"My name is Ingretta Olson. I am very eager and thankful for this opportunity to work with The Humanity Share team as a Marketing Intern for spring term.
I am originally from northern Minnesota but am currently based in Grand Rapids, MI where I am in my Senior year at Cornerstone University working towards Bachelors of Science in Business Marketing. Through a love for learning and a dedication to my studies, I have been able to be involved in many different business organizations such as Delta Mu Delta International Honors Society and the American Marketing Association.
My work is driven by a passion for people and helping them to thrive in their journey for the betterment of their future. I believe that community support is essential to flourishing in life for everyone. Working with The Humanity Share is such a blessing because not only am I gaining experience in my field, I am able to work side by side with incredible people truly making a difference and impact in East Africa.
As I begin my work with The Humanity Share, I am eager to connect and work with a worldwide team in advancing the holistic mission of The Humanity Share. My focus will be on creating a fundraising plan to further advance the Grace for Dignity initiative. Every girl deserves to learn with dignity and have the access to the basic necessities needed for learning so I am thrilled that I get to be a part of making that possible for many more girls.
