acky Aluso Otieno is the newest team member at The Humanity Share Kenya! She is the Finance and Administration Officer, and joins the team with a lot of enthusiasm for our work and the support she can provide. As an adaptable and team-oriented person, Jacky is willing to take on new challenges to support her colleagues and contribute positively to the organization. She is dedicated to her work, and values integrity and continuous learning.
Jacky has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Option) and is a C.P.A. (K) finalist. She is currently studying for her MBA in Corporate Management. Jacky has worked for over 10 years in financial management, mostly with NGOs and nonprofits. Her vast experience includes financial reporting, budgeting, donor and grant management, audit support, proposal developments and writing, general finance and administrative functions.

At The Humanity Share, Jacky is looking forward to learning how the organization manages administrative tasks, and working closely with the team to strengthen the financial systems to support the mission. She says:

In her free time, Jacky loves hiking, playing lawn tennis, traveling and exploring new places, and cooking new dishes from other cultures. Her future goals include growing professionally and strengthening her skills, taking on greater responsibilities, and contributing meaningfully to The Humanity Share's work.
